You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be 18 or older.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TradeCalcs calculators on your own websites or marketing properties as outlined in your purchased plan. You may not:
Current prices are listed on the pricing page. We use Stripe for all payments. Plans may be one-time purchases, monthly subscriptions, or yearly subscriptions; the specific terms of your plan are shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] or via your account dashboard.
One-time purchases: 7-day money-back guarantee. If a calculator does not work as described, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial-month refunds, but we will refund the most recent month if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not used the Service substantively.
Yearly subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase. After 14 days, refunds are handled case-by-case.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses from downtime. If a sustained outage materially impacts your usage, contact us — we'll work it out.
The Service, including calculator logic, copy, and branding, is owned by Azin LLC. Embedding our calculators on your sites under your purchased license does not transfer ownership.
TradeCalcs estimates are educational tools, not professional bids, appraisals, structural engineering, or legal advice. Real project costs depend on local conditions, contractors, materials, and permits. Always consult a licensed professional for real project decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) US $50.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We will refund any unused prepaid period if we terminate without cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
